By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms. Read carefully before commissioning me. If any terms are broken, a single warning will be given. After that, you will be put on a personal blacklist, and not have access to commissions from me.
Payment is made for a digital art commission. Nothing bought is physical, and the client/buyer will not receive any physical items.
Keep in mind that my art will change and may not look exactly like examples. Please make sure you've looked at my art and are sure that my style will fit the art that you want
All art will be watermarked. You cannot remove this watermark. You may not crop it out, erase it, replace it with your own, et cetera.
I do not provide work in progress art unless you contact me and ask for it yourself. It is your responsibility to contact me if you want WIP art, in case you would like changes to be made during the commission process. It is best to do this through bluesky.
I retain all rights to the artwork I made for you. I may distribute, reproduce, or use it for sales or self-promotion. You may upload the commissioned work to other websites as long as proper credit is given to my bluesky account. Once you commission a piece from me, you may use it for any personal use. This includes icons, site graphics, wallpapers, and more. You may not trace, copy, edit, or take pieces from my artwork to use/create your own. You cannot claim any of my work to be your own.
You cannot, under any circumstances, use my art to sell as NFTs, or use it for AI training/scraping/sampling.
I only work with reference images; descriptions will not work. If a reference is shading or traditional art, I may get the colours wrong. Make sure all references given to me are easy to understand and the resolution is high enough so it is easy to see.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given out. Please make sure you can afford a commission from me. All payment is due up front and made in USD through paypal, or through ko-fi. Please check conversion rates before commissioning me so you can make sure you're able to pay the correct price! If paying directly through paypal, I will only accept payment within 48 hours. After that, I'll have to cancel your commission. At any point before I start your commission, I may cancel it if I feel I cannot complete it. If payment has already been made, that is the case where I will refund you.
What I will draw:
- Humanoid
- Furry / Anthro / "Mobians"
- Very Simple Mechs
- Ships (including self-ship or oc x canon)
- Fandom Characters (selective)
What I WON'T draw:
- Anything hateful or bigoted
- Anything that I am personally uncomfortable with
- Anything Suggestive, fetishistic, or completely NSFW. I cannot confirm if anyone online is actually an adult.
- Most Animals
- Overly complicated designs (Genshin Impact characters or most Mechs, for example.)
Please ask if you are unsure about what I will or won't draw. I can, at any time, deny a commission if it makes me uncomfortable. If I take payment and then realise I am uncomfortable with your commission, Cancellation terms apply.
